     Maxwell's street polish has been around since 1939.  It originated from the resturaunt Jim Original's . Jim brought a unique flavor to everyone's taste instead of having regular onions Jim fried the onions. Jimmy not only made maxwell's street polish famous he made his brand expand futher than he believe. Maxwell's street polish was first made in 1941, its not only different it combine a lot of spices that keep people guessing on the ingredients. 

     Jim's orginated ideas are differnt form any other humans beings, from his willing to succeed, and having the ability to achieve his dreams. Jimmy was given the opportunity to come to America to recieve the education that children in his country would never be given. Once in America Jimmy worked at a hot dogs stand, then their he knew that the hot dogs needed something different ( thats where his dreams began). Jim not only brought the stand from a relative, thats where the world famous polish was created(Maxwell's Street Polish).

     From the different spices,and oirginated ideas of fried onions, Jim has made the most famous street polish. The fried onions brings a flavor that others stands can never have. It gives people a watery taste just by saying the name(Maxwell street polish). These combinations leave people wanting more, and more of Jim's recipes to come. While traveling on family vacations people come to Chicago to enjoy maxwell's street polish so  they can taste and see the different aspects it brings to American food. 

  Maxwell's street polish and Jim's Originals has made history by being the longest running operation to be on Maxwell's street. Sixty-two years ago Jimmy Stefanovis came to Americato fufill dreams, and leave an legacy that can be remember. Maxwell's street polish can never be copied because it will be the same as the orginial. Mr. Stefanovis will be remember for years, for his legacy to American food, but did his end justify his means.
